Lian Li EG1000G Overview

Designed for dual-chamber PC cases, the L-shaped Lian Li EDGE GOLD 1000W 80 PLUS Gold Modular ATX Power Supply provides a unique cabling solution, making it a highly capable PSU for users who prioritize clean aesthetics, convenience, and airflow.

This power supply features a fully modular design, with a USB and fan PWM module that can be attached to the power supply body or connected via a PCIe power interface for independent operation. The module directly provides six extended 4-pin fan connectors, each rated at 2A, to power additional fans and four USB ports supporting up to eight downstream connections, making it ideal for RBG controllers and USB devices. A USB 9-pin cable, a USB 9-pin to USB-A cable, and a 3-pin fan cable are included.

Connectivity
The EDGE GOLD features a single +12V 1000W rail, meeting ATX 3.1 motherboard compliance to efficiently operate your resource-demanding components. It features a multitude of connectors to suit your needs, such as 20+4 pin, 4+4 pin, and 8-pin motherboard connectors alongside five PCIe connectors, 12 SATA connectors, and one peripheral connector.
Longer Cable Reach for Versatile Builds
The included cables are considerably longer compared to other Edge PSU models, offering flexibility for dual-chamber or regular towers, and ensuring optimal cable management for all kinds of builds.
80 PLUS Gold Rating
Achieving the 80 PLUS Gold rating, the EDGE GOLD ensures top-tier energy efficiency, reducing power consumption and heat output while delivering reliable, stable performance.
Cool and Quiet
The power supply comes equipped with a 120mm PWM fan under an open-style mesh vent for excellent heat dissipation. Even under heavy load, the fan operates efficiently with minimal noise, as well as offering a fanless mode, where the fans remain at zero rpm during low power loads for quiet operation.
Dual-Color PCIe 5.1 Connector
Lian Li's in-house designed 12V-2x6 connector features copper alloy soldered terminals and a dual-colored shell to ensure secure connections.
Industrial-Grade Capacitors
The EDGE GOLD PSU integrates the German EPCOS capacitors, offering compact, robust performance with higher tolerances to harsh temperatures and environments.
Sufficient Protection
This PSU features OCP, OVP, SCP, OPP, UVP, OTP, SIP, and NLO protections, as well as an inrush current limiter that ensures the Edge Gold delivers continuously stable and reliable power.
