Easily shoot handheld gimbal footage using the Hawk Pro Body Support System from Proaim, thanks to its modular construction for a customizable experience. The system includes all of the components to construct a custom-fit body harness that transfers the total weight of your rig onto your hips for longer shoot days. Telescopic arms, rig elastics, and a versatile top bar accommodate payloads from 2.2 to 44 lb.
Custom-Fit Harness
A metal base back vest, shoulder support, padded back support, and padded waist belts allow you to create a custom-fit harness that suits your body proportions, effectively redistributing the weight of the rig to your hips. Integrated metal plates and bolts fine-tune the adjustments. Extend or lower the back rig extension depending on the height of your camera operator.
Telescopic Arms, Rig Elastics
Telescopic arms can extend up to 3.4' to capture high-flying perspectives. The arms adjust without the need for additional tools. Three rig elastics in different diameters give you control over the system's payload. Use the 0.35" thick elastic for loads up to 22 lb, the 0.4" elastic for loads between 22 and 33 lb, or the 0.5" elastic for loads between 33 to 44 lb.
Versatile Top Bar
The included top bar for the Hawk Pro rig is compatible with the FREEFLY MōVI Pro gimbal. Two gimbal adapters with spigot ends secure to the system with the elastic hooks for compatibility with the DJI Ronin 2, FREEFLY MōVI Pro, and the ARRI Maxima M30.
