The SNEV001 Environmental Sensor from CyberPower connects to specific CyberPower remote management cards and PDUs via the built-in RJ45 ports and allows you to have complete UPS monitoring and management, which includes real-time temperature and humidity readings. Along with environmental monitoring, this card features automatic event notifications via email or SMS, a web management interface, and a status LED.
Combined, these features allow you or an administrator to remain vigilant over the status of your system and its connections. CyberPower has designed this sensor to be daisy-chain compatible, allowing for a maximum of eight daisy-chain connections. Additionally, with four input contact closures, the monitoring of four connected devices may be achieved. Compatibility isn't an issue as most PDUs and ATS PDUs with built-in Ethernet modules are able to function with this sensor. Mounting this sensor is easy either through hook and loop tape mounting or fixed mounting through the underside of the sensor's housing.
