Odyssey VUDM3HW Overview

Custom designed for the Yamaha DM3 digital mixing console, the Yamaha DM3 Trolley Case from Odyssey is a watertight, dustproof, and impact-resistant hard case with a pullout handle and corner wheels for easy transport. Sporting a soft convoluted egg foam lid lining and an injection-molded polypropylene resin shell, this case keeps your mixer safe and secure.

The exterior polymer shell is stackable, providing an convenient way of storing your gear. The telescoping handle extends to a maximum length of 14.5". The case sports a quick open and lock system for easy access. The case also includes two holes designed for optional user padlocks, adding an extra layer of security to your protective case.

Lid Doesn't Close, Don't Buy!

I Was Ready To Use This Case To Travel For An Audio Event But Then Extremely Disappointed When This Odyssey Case Arrived And My Yamaha DM3 Mixer Doesn't Fit. When Placing The Mixer In The Case It Doesn't Sit Flush And It Actually Shows This In The Product Photos. I Thought Maybe The Lid Had Some Depth To Safely Still Close, However The Lid Has No Depth And When Trying To Close It I Can't Close The Lid Completely. There Is Still About An Inch Gap When Closed And I Have Not Forced It Down As It Really Feels Like It Will Put Alot Of Pressure Directly On The Mixer And Likely To Cause Damage With Any Impact On The Lid. Do Not Buy This Case For Your DM3 Perhaps Try The SKB Brand Case But That One Is Almost $500 So Rather Pricey. I Wouldn't Use This For My Mixer On A Local Gig And Absolutely Not For Any Flight Case Travel.
