This Studio Flugelhorn from Vienna Symphonic Library is a virtual instrument library that features a wide set of expressive and dynamic articulations. The flugelhorn finds its early use in the military, where its musical blasts could be heard over the sounds of battles, enabling the instrument to be used to coordinate regimental flanks.
This virtual instrument replicates the flugelhorn's rich and velvety tone, and despite its regimented history, its sound compliments the improvisational style of jazz. The samples are recorded dry, which allows you to place them in your virtual stage, anywhere in the stereo field, or use the internal convolution reverb of the Synchron Series to recreate the Vienna Synchron Stage.
