Designed to expand the Boxlight ezRoom classroom media control system, the AV PlenumCore is a 1x2' networked ceiling enclosure that contains the CM900 networked audio controller and amplifier. This plenum-rated receiver sports a 3-input, 32W integrated network amp, ideal for allowing teachers to use numerous audio sources to enhance lessons.
The AV PlenumCore provides excellent school-wide audio coverage by converting analog audio to IP audio and vice versa. Dedicated ports on the CM900 allow for control functions and integration into alert and paging infrastructure. A unique removable tray allows you to assemble any additional components on the floor rather than on a ladder. The enclosure provides extra space, which can be used to add custom equipment, including an HDMI switch, PoE extractor, or a streaming box like an Apple TV. The PlenumCore features a lockable, RF-friendly, easy slam lid, and support for direct mounting of a duplex junction box. The AV PlenumCore includes all necessary mounting hardware.
