The W2893 features four (Quad/twisted pairs) 26 AWG Neglex oxygen-free copper conductors, a served (spiral) bare copper shield, XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation, and a superflexible PVC outer jacket. Its advanced construction provides excellent immunity to electromagnetic (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI), improving signal-to-noise performance by 10 to 20 dB compared to conventional twisted-pair cables.
