The FLEX Full HD Mini Flexible Broadcast Camera from Proton is a Proton CAM model with a split body connected via an 11.8" ribbon, which allows the sensor to remain cool during operation while maintaining a warm environment for the video processing portion of the camera. It is a very compact, cube-sized camera with HDR support and is equipped with 12-bit sensor technology and high sensitivity.
The versatile device captures vibrant images even in low light, boasting an ultrawide angle of up to 124° when used with an optional 2.2mm lens. Its compact housing features eight 2.5mm holes for individual mounting options, as well as a bracket that can be attached to the top or bottom of the camera to provide an additional 1/4"-20 thread for tripod mounting or another type of stand or truss. The 97° distortion-free, 3.2mm f/2.3 lens comes already mounted on the camera's M12/S lens mount, but it can be swapped with other optional lenses. The camera supports resolutions up to 1080p60 and RS-485 control. A 6' cable with BNC/SDI connectivity is integrated into the camera, and there are integrated status LEDs on the front and rear.
