The 8 Bit Kit Expansion Pack from BFD is for FXpansion's BFD3, BFD Eco, and BFD2. Featuring a variety of different drum sounds including kicks detuned and hit with paint rollers or with chains attached, modified snares with calf-skin or kevlar heads fitted, and cracked and warped hi-hats. Use these and other included sounds, such as bongos, hand drums, tambourines, claps, and junk percussion, alongside vintage analog drum machines.
The 8 Bit Kit was recorded with mics as weird as the drums themselves, including parabolic spy mics, Calrec Soundfields, and mics with gramophone horns attached. Compatible with Windows 10 version 1909 or above, OSX 10.12 or later for Mac, and BFD3 version 3.4 or later.
