Created with convenience in mind, the projector features an up to 30,000-hour virtually maintenance-free laser light source and air filter in Extended Mode.

I recently purchased 2 Epson PowerLite L895E 3LCD Wireless Laser Projector, and I have to say, it has completely exceeded my expectations. I’m using it in a church setting where we keep the lights on during service, and I was initially worried that the lumens wouldn’t be strong enough to handle the bright environment. Let me tell you, this projector delivers! The image is bright, clear, and easily visible even with the house lights on. Colors are vibrant, and text is sharp, which is perfect for lyrics and sermon slides. I mounted it on the ceiling using a [specific mount arm], and it was a straightforward installation. I’ve even uploaded some photos that aren’t in the product listing to help anyone considering a ceiling setup—they show both the mount and the projector in action. If you’re on the fence about this projector for a well-lit space, don’t hesitate. It performs way better than I expected and is absolutely worth it.

Is this the same as the L890E, with just a physical color difference?

That is correct; the only difference between the Epson PowerLite L895E 8000-Lumen XPR 4K Laser 3LCD Projector (Black) and Epson PowerLite L890E 8000-Lumen XPR 4K Laser 3LCD Projector (White) is the color.
