The 15mm LWS Dual-Rosette Adapter from Tilta features an ARRI-standard rosette on either end and a 15mm LWS dual-rod clamp. The rosettes allow you to mount two rosette arms on either side, and the adapter can mount onto separately available 15mm rods with standard LWS spacing. A 3/8"-16 thread in the center of the adapter provides mounting for an optional lens support or small accessory, and it includes a 1/4"-20 reducer bushing to mount even more accessory types.

Like the other reviewer, I experienced a lot of movement in the parts, but I realized that there were screws that could be tightened. After tightening screws, the product has been very solid.

I’ve found tilta’s various offerings decently designed and excellent prices, but this is simply not worth it. For adding handles this is so thin that it rattles and has too much give with all the small parts. Useless for any camera operation. Maybe if your camera is extremely lightweight, otherwise wouldn’t trust this for anything.
