The Pliant Technologies CrewCom CRT-900 Radio Transceiver is a radio device that houses a transmitter and receiver along with corresponding antennas, enabling reliable RF communication with CrewCom Radio Packs. It supports up to 6 Radio Packs in Normal Mode and up to 32 in High-Density Mode.
Utilizing the CrewNet network as the system backbone, up to 16 Radio Transceivers (RTs) can be deployed across a wide coverage area. These RTs can be connected directly to a Control Unit, through one or more Hubs, or configured in a daisy-chain layout. Connections are made via cat 5e (or higher) Ethernet cable or single-mode fiber (SMF).
Power is delivered through a CrewNet copper connection or via an optional 48 VDC power supply (PPS-48V, available separately).
Note: This 900 MHz model is only available in North America.
