The PM501A Manfrotto-Type Quick Release Plate with Arca-Type Clamp from ProMediaGear is compatible with Manfrotto 501PL, RC3, RC5, and NG Heads. The PM501 plate slides into the compatible head, accommodating the C40 clamp that accepts Arca-type plates, making both systems compatible with each other. The new clamp allows the ability to mount Arca-type plates in two directions, providing greater flexibility for camera positioning, balancing, panning, and tilting.
