As small as possible and nice looking

I wanted the smallest possible bag that would fit my Sony a6700 with SEL 18 135 lens attached and this bag is it. I wanted it to serve double duty as a protective bag I could put in a backpack as well as a sling I could wear on a hike. The camera fits perfectly, like to the inch, even with the included foam protector. However, it is SO SNUG with the insert that it is difficult to get in and out because the insert causes the camera to get stuck on the zipper opening. But with the insert removed it goes in and out super easily, to the point where I think I can probably use the bag instead of a camera strap, but I haven't tested that out yet. Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for.

I use this bag for my Leica M10m with the Voigtlander 50mm f3.5 Apo lanthar and Leica 28mm elmarit f2.8 v4 ,2 extra battery , IPhone in the front zip bag wallet in rear slot , you can sling in front of your chest or to the back when walking around , I like to cary the bag like the wrist belt when my camera out for shooting ,no room for anything else, tight and pack, it’s little pricey for this little bag , but I keep it.

Can this only be worn as a sling or shoulder bag? Or will the strap wrap securely around the waist to use as a belt bag?
