The Delta Tripod from Platypod is a versatile camera support platform for tripod heads or phone mounts and supports up to 22 lb. The hinged spiked feet provide instant deployment and ample stability. They can be independently rotated into four positions and even reversed to use the non-marring rubber foot option. This rugged camera support platform is made of 6mm-thick aircraft-grade aluminum, with additional titanium and stainless steel components. It has an extensive range of applications, including low angle, macro, uneven terrain, pole, tree mounting, and more. It offers the versatility of a tripod with a fraction of the size and weight.
4 1/4"-20 Mounts
The Platypod Delta has four 1/4"-20 threaded mounting sockets, allowing a variety of camera mounting options, as well as to add accessories like microphones or even lights to complete a setup. There are also three countersunk, unthreaded holes for using #8 or 10 wood screws for more permanent mounting.
3 Hinged Spiked Feet
The spiked feet are pre-mounted in metal hinges that allow them to rotate into multiple positions. The stainless steel feet are spiked on one end but feature non-marring rubber feet on the other end.
2 Open Belt Loop Slots & Carabiner Slot
The open belt loop slots make it easy to strap the Platypod Delta into position quickly without wasting time by threading straps through holes. The carabiner slot makes it easy to carry hands-free.
