Easy Open
The umbrella-style design allows you to set it up and break it down quickly. The softbox opens as easily as an umbrella and closes just as quickly. A side zipper allows you to access and deploy the softbox without removing the included white inner baffle and outer diffuser.
Removable Deflector Plate & Diffusers
This softbox features a deflector plate that transforms into a beauty dish-style modifier if needed. This allows you to achieve a similar punchy effect to a beauty dish rather than a softbox. It also comes with a white inner baffle and an outer diffuser for soft, even illumination.
Silver Interior & Grid
The reflective silver interior maximizes the output while evenly distributing the light. The softbox is offered with a removable grid that eliminates spill light and provides the necessary directional control for selective lighting.
Optional Accessories
Godox also offers an optional edge mask that blocks the center of the softbox for a more controlled contour light. The light spills from the softbox edges, producing crisp and refined highlights. Wide Compatibility
The UL series is fully compatible with Bowens mount strobes and LEDs, but can also work with specific Godox, Profoto, and other mounting systems using an optional adapter. Godox offers an optional speed ring for the Godox mount, a Profoto mount adapter, as well as a Broncolor one.
