MVO 3-18×44 is widely regarded as the most versatile all-around configuration, offering an ideal balance between performance, size, and weight for a wide range of applications. These scopes typically feature a variable magnification starting at 3x and extending to anywhere between 18x, providing the flexibility needed for both close and intermediate-range engagements. Available with a variety of objective lens diameters, mid-power optics are especially favored for their exceptional field of view, impressive depth of field, and superior brightness and image clarity. Whether for hunting, professional, or competitive shooting, they deliver optimal performance across a range of conditions and distances.

Featuring the M3 MIL reticle, it is a first focal plane riflescope that utilizes a grid reticle pattern that allows visual holds for long range precision shooting. The M3 MIL reticle changes size as the magnification changes. The reticle appears small at low magnification and scales up in size at high magnification. Illustration 1 shows the reticle at low magnification. Illustration 2 shows the reticle at high magnification.

12 Mils of holdovers broken into .2 Mil increments for exact shot placement on the whole MIL lines and .5 mil dots on every half mil between the whole mil lines. 1 to 5 Mils of left and right wind holds allow adjustment for 20-30 mph winds with most popular calibers out to 1,000 yards.

The main horizontal stadia also feature .1 Mil hash marks spaced at .1 Mil increments between the 3 and 5 MIL holds. The bottom side of the horizontal stadia features .2 Mil increment has marks on the main vertical stadia. .1 MIL rings mark every whole MIL. Windholds are provided in .2 Mil increments on both sides of the vertical stadia along the .1 Mil rings at the whole Mils, .5 MIL wind dots are provided along the half-Mils between every whole Mil.
