The Radius Mini-ALTO Smiley Face Adapter for RAD Mounts is not compatible with the Radius RAD-2 Microphone Shockmount for Camera Shoe version. It is compatible with the Radius RAD-2 Shockmount version, that is without the camera shoe option.
