The US3384i 8 x 4 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Industrial Hub Switch from ATEN is designed to address the general workforce shift of hybrid to remote operations, elevating the BYOM/BYOD meeting experience with relative ease and streamlining AV/IT management. Establish connections of up to eight computers/laptops and share up to four USB 3.2 devices simultaneously with transfer rates of up to 5 Gb/s. The US3384i offers wide cross-platform compatibility and support for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It is equipped with simple front panel button control, but it can also be controlled remotely via its built-in RS-232 and RS-485 connectivity ports.

Power-On Detection to Switch Control
The USB switch will shift the computer's focus to the most recently connected host device, with the corresponding port LED illuminated to indicate which active port has control over the resources. Long press the pushbutton to turn on/off the Power-On Detection feature.

The USB sharing switch can be seamlessly integrated into a control system as part of the meeting room setup via its serial connectivity, with the control system serving as a centralized platform to streamline AV/IT management and simplify maintenance.
