The strap on this sling looks like it is designed to be worn only on the left shoulder (also shown as left shoulder bag on the ONA site product images). Is it still comfortable/functional when slung on the right?
Yes, the bag can be worn either way. I think it works better over the right shoulder because that position puts the grab handle near your waist instead of you neck. Holding the handle to bring swing the bag in front or you is easier than holding the strap.

The Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM Lens is too long to stand up by itself in the ONA The Rockaway Leather Camera Bag, let alone mounted on the camera. It is possible if you remove all the interior padding, you may store the camera and lens lengthwise inside the case.

The bag comes with two dividers. Can you tell me if these are the tall version or the short version cause I am thinking of buying a pair extra and would like to know what the divider dimensions are.
The dividers are specific to this bag, as they have a curve to accommodate the zipper flap. If you're looking at adding dividers, I'd recommend the short ones.
