This monitor is amazing. Do you know what makes it the best monitor ever? BH Photo customer service. This monitor came broken and I was so heartbroken. I waited all week to open it, just to find it cracked. I contacted customer service, and they just said “yeah we’ll replace it and cover the return shipping fee”. They maybe lost a few bucks for this, but earned a forever customer. The exchange process was comparable to Amazon return, it was that stress & hassle free. On the day they received my returned package, after like one hour, they shipped the replacement. And of course, the monitor itself is amazing. Do not buy anything else if you’re in need of a new monitor. Buy this, and BUY FROM BH PHOTO. NOWHERE ELSE. IM A FOREVER CUSTOMER NOW, MY KIDS WILL BE TOO WHEN THEY’RE BORN EVENTUALLY.

This monitor performs beautifully for my purposes. It is bright and easy to see, and I can work with multiple windows with ease - much better than dual monitors. A message about B&H Customer Service: I had an issue connecting the monitor to my laptop. I called B&H Customer Service, and within 2-minutes, the friendly service rep helped me change my display settings.
