• Mackie HUI support: launch Control XL 3 now supports additional DAWs, including Pro Tools, Reaper, and Studio One, right out the box.

• Encoder acceleration curves: adjust how the encoders respond for more precise, expressive control.
• Fader pickup: smooth out transitions to prevent disruptive changes while mixing or performing.
• Fader preview: press Shift and move any fader to see the parameter value without altering it.
• Faster Custom Mode selection: just hold down the Mode button, select a Custom mode, and release it to get back to your flow.

Launch Control XL 3 is designed to work with or without a computer connected: simply power via USB-C, then connect directly to your hardware instruments and effects via 5-pin MIDI In, Out, and Out2/Thru ports. For hybrid setups, combine your external gear, DAW controls, and essential plugin parameters using the onboard custom templates.

Use Novation Components to create and customize MIDI mappings and store a total of 15 user-defined Custom Modes. Launch Control XL 3 is the ideal companion for your MIDI-enabled hardware, providing hands-on control for mixer setups and synth parameters and even unlocking hidden, menu-based features.

Redesigned from the ground up, the latest Launch Control XL 3 now features eight precise faders, 24 endless rotary encoders, and 16 customizable buttons, alongside dedicated transport controls. A crisp, new OLED display shows you vital, real-time information, right where you need it.

• 60mm of fader travel provides fine control and greater precision with a more tactile, responsive experience. Assign each fader to custom parameters for a more expressive sound shaping experience.
• Pan tracks, adjust sends, or customize mappings with the 24 smooth-feeling endless rotary encoders, each with an RGB LED that reacts to its position
• 16 assignable buttons let you switch focus between tracks and solo, arm, mute, or select on the fly from two banks of eight buttons, or use them to goggle switches and parameters of your choice
• Dedicated transport controls for play, stop, and record

Launch Control XL 3 includes a collection of studio-grade software to help you get started. Ableton Live 12 Lite gives you the ability to record and perform with up to eight tracks of MIDI or audio as well as a suite of instruments, effects, and creative tools. You also get access to a selection of additional plugins from Klevgrand, Baby Audio, and Output.
