Impossible to remove the batteries without tools

This is a very good-looking product, but I’d return it if I wasn’t outside the window. From Day One, the batteries have been impossible to remove. You release both clips, and then the battery sticks, unless you use a flathead screwdriver to pry it out. This operation needs about three hands because the little latches keep wanting to re-latch. Absolutely maddening out in the field if you forgot your tool, and it tears up your fingernails. Cannot recommend.

This is a must have item. Got mines just a week prior to my 12 day vacation. This helped me to continue capturing my vacation moments The versatility of being able to charge while charging is a great option to have.
