Connect up to four sets of speakers to your amplifier with the Russound SS-4.2, a speaker selector that permits four pairs of speakers to be turned on and off through individual switches on the front panel. The SS-4.2 features impedance matching protection, allowing you to use multiple pairs of speakers without fear of damage.
In addition to the impedance matching protection, Russound have also included a built-in overload protection circuit that disengages the amplifier signal if it exceeds the limits of the selector. Once tripped, the amplifier must be shut off before the SS-4.2 will automatically reset itself.
