I've got two of these. I use them with my ZR. Some ssds, though, draw too much power and will lock the camera up. You'll have to remove the battery. To avoid this, use a low power SSD. Also, older gen 3 ssds work better, as they draw less wattage. Some drives overheat and throttle. It's trial and error. You might end up having to send some back. But for me it's well worth it!
