The expandable base accommodates a 70-200mm or 100-400mm lens, select Mavic drones, or other small drones. The adjustable vertical divider set allows you to customize the interior to best fit your gear.

I have the smallest top loader and the Action x30, which are excellent. This one though would be better with an external long lens pocket, a more solid body, and divided into two independently accessed compartments. The quality is great

I have the medium sized one. Took me some time to sort out the divider(s) to get organized, but it works very well. My Sony a6400 with Smallrig cage and nato rails, and Tamron 17-70 fit great, even with the lens hood on. And all without opening the extension. Also fits a second sigma prime lens with room to spare, and a lens filter. The front pocket isn't huge but big enough to store two batteries, a charger, and a couple small things like SD cards. All-in-all, I'm quite happy with the function. And it looks great too!

Can the Shimoda Large Top Loader accommodate two cameras with lenses attached side-by- side: Z6III + 100-40, and Zf + 24-120.

Unfortunately, that combination with the Nikkor Z 100-400 lens mounted on a camera and a second camera with a lens, would be too large for the Shimoda Designs Top Loader (Boa, Large).
