We are using this on an iPad dedicated to our FOH sound system and this case is helping to keep both the iPad and the sound console scratch free. The case is made of soft silicone so it may not withstand a drop like some of the more tactical cases, but it will help avoid minor damage from every day use.
It provides the same protection as a cover for an iPhone. I like that a clear option was given.
