the otter box defender is a great product however weakness exists including absence of instructions for disassembly and reassembly. Additionally a side access door is a distinct weakness. The access door is held in place by friction and small plastic protrusions in the sides. This access door closure has failed once but fortunately the case was replaced in a timely and easily navigated portal... I would still buy the case as it truly protects
