The BackLight Long Lens Backpack from Think Tank Photo can accommodate a 600mm f/4 or a 800mm f/5.6 lens with its tripod foot attached and mounted to a camera body with a verticle grip and an L-bracket. It features an innovative rear-panel access, so you can reach your gear while the bag is upright or lying flat. Necessary for a Long Lens

I have a Nikon Z 400mm 2.8 lens and it is cumbersome to carry it without a backpack. The Think Tank lens makes it very easy to carry, remove from the backpack and then reinstall.

Perfect for Canon RF 600mm f/4 with attached body!

This is the optimal solution for carrying a super-telephoto "big white" lens with an attached body. I'm using a Canon R5 Mark II with battery grip attached to a Canon RF 600mm f/4 lens. It also works with the RF 1.4x Extender attached. This bag beats the others in its category because it also has room for an extra body, or some extra teleconverters. You can even keep the lens hood attached (inverted) which is a challenge for most bags due to the diameter of the hood. It's super deep and can hold multiple extra accessories. I can keep a shotgun mic, 2 teleconverters, and some other accessories in it as well, and still have space to spare. A very good bag! They include lots of padding and dividers as well so you can really customize it for your needs. I researched all the options I could find to hold this lens with an attached body, and Think Tank came out on top.

The Think Tank Photo BackLight Long Lens Backpack offers access from both the rear and the front, so you can retrieve gear from either side depending on how you’re carrying it.
