OWC U.2 Drive Carrier Tray

The U.2 Drive Carrier Tray from OWC allows a 2.5" U.2 SSD to be used in a 3.5" drive bay. Compatible with OWC's ThunderBay Flex 8, Flex 1U4, and U.2 NVMe Interchange System for the Mercury Helios 3S, this carrier features a PCIe 3.1 x4 interface that can take advantage of the 40 Gb/s bandwidth of Thunderbolt 3. A locking drive bay and tray help protect the U.2 connector from repeated wear and tear, while a thermally dynamic design and active cooling help reduce heat saturation and throttling.
