Supporting a 3840 x 2160 resolution with HDR, the LG Swing Smart Monitor delivers detailed visuals with rich, lifelike color. Connecting a compatible laptop to the designated USB-C port allows you to transfer video, data, and up to 65W of power over a single cable. Two HDMI 2.0 ports are also available. A built-in USB-C hub and Bluetooth connectivity allow you to use peripherals such as a keyboard and mouse with the monitor. Built-in stereo speakers provide immersive sound. This has the chance to be SO AMAZING! I am a pastor and use Logos Bible software to preach from. This is the PERFECT form factor to use a stage podium. However, the inability to access a full Google Play store significantly hinders its versatility. We can not use this for child check ins or anything else other than streaming shows. It is a beautiful product as long as you have the simple use case it is intended for, however if you are dreaming of any possible expansion projects with this other anything beyond the standard TV viewing you will be very disappointed.

I'm grown, lol, but I'd never had any entertainment electronic items in my bedroom. Mainly because I didn't have the wall space to hang a t.v. that would be big enough to see without my glasses. I just happened to run across this item and decided to give it a try. It looks wonderful for my purposes and although I thought the flat sound was gonna be an issue, it wound up being just fine. I can't figure out how to look at my local news live yet but that hasn't been a huge problem because I mainly look at Netflix and YouTube. I'm assuming a new version will come out eventually and what I wanted to know is if you all think a newer monitor will come as just the monitor...updated and ready to attach to the same stand or would one have to buy the whole thing again? Thanks.

Would I be able to go to Canva on this without an external monitor and have a presentation ready to go?

Unfortunately as of writing, there is no Canva app for LG WebOS which is the operating system for the LG Swing. An external device would be required to run Canva on the monitor.
