The dual L-series battery plate supports hot-swap power using two Sony L-series/NP-F batteries. You can also power the monitor using the USB-C PD or DC barrel power inputs.
This is a well-built monitor, loaded with excellent software features, and very high quality accessories. The product photos don't really do it justice.
The monitor is well built, with the 1/4-20 mounting points threaded directly into the sturdy aluminum frame. The buttons have a nice tactile feel. The locking Lemo power connector is excellent. The two battery plates are metal.
The software has every measurement feature you could possibly want. Two different kinds of false color, multiple waveform modes, vectorscope, zebras, many different markers and framing guides, focus peaking, audio meters, etc... It's really well done.
The monitor ships with a hard vinyl case, thin/flexible HDMI jumper, a solid metal rotating bracket for a cold shoe, and a high-quality coiled D-Tap to locking Lemo cable. If you want to use USB-C for power, you'll need to supply your own USB-C cable.
I was originally hesitant to purchase this, because I was not familiar with this brand, but I am a convert now.

Nice monitor, bright, vivid, beautiful color, it is my first monitor so I can't compare much, it does the job, can be powered in different ways. Great tool for the price. OLED makes it amazing.
