The Red Light LED Headlamp from Celestron gives you enough light to set up and operate your telescope in the dark, but won't disrupt your night-acclimated vision the way a white-light headlamp would. The headlamp shines at 4 or 1 lumens, powered by two AAA batteries, which can last as long as 100 hours on the 1-lumen setting. There are blinking and SOS modes, too. The lamp and its adjustable elastic headband weight just 2.2 ounces—so light you might forget you have it on—and the lamp can be angled 45° so you can place the beam right where you need it.
