The CHIOPT 1.7x Lens Extender (ARRI PL to PL) is compatible with PL lenses that have a rear protrusion shorter 12mm or less; if a lens has a larger rear protrusion it will not work with the adapter. A 1.7x extender like this will result in the loss of about 1.5 stops of light.
