HP's Series 7 Pro features an HDMI 2.0 input, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, a DisplayPort 1.4 output, one 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 input that supports up to 15W of Power Delivery, one 10 Gb/s USB-C port that supports up to 15W of charging, and three 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one of which supports 7.5W of charging. It also features an anti-glare panel with IPS Black technology, a native resolution of 2560 x 1440 at 120 Hz, support for 1.07 billion colors (8-bit + FRC), coverage for 98% of the DCI-P3 and 100% of the sRGB color gamuts, a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, a static contrast ratio of 2000:1, 400 nits brightness with VESA DisplayHDR 400, and a 5 ms (GtG) response time with Overdrive. Using the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, it is possible to watch content from virtually any position. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the display tilts -5 to 20°, swivels 90° (±45°), pivots 180° (±90°), and has a 5.9" height adjustment. If you'd like to attach the Series 7 Pro to a wall, there is an included 100 x 100mm VESA mount.

You need to upgrade the firmware/drivers through HP support. Windows will not detect updates for you.

I was skeptical of curved displays, but this HP unit has been flawless thus far. The brilliant colors, the size and brightness of the display is a very significant improvement over my previous 27" Dell display. I primarily work with office applications, video editing and graphics. The display has been so good for my workstation and eyes that I am not even using a second monitor saving valuable space. Compatibility with my MacBook Pro and Mac Studio has also been very good, no issues to report. However, it is a small inconvenience to have to install a driver and application from the HP support site to get all things working properly; such as the camera/microphone/speakers.

Yes, theHP Series 7 Pro 34" 1440p Curved HDR Conferencing Monitor does support facial recognition for Windows Hello when connected to a compatible HP laptop.
