The Venus Optics Venus 8-15mm T2.9 FF Zoom Fisheye Cine Lens (ARRI PL) (B&H# VE815PL) is designed to offer a circular fish eye image on a full frame sensor at 8mm and to substantially fill that frame at 15mm. At that focal length, it would more than cover a Super 35-size frame.
