MSI Codex Z2 Overview

Boasting high-grade hardware, the Codex Z2 Gaming Desktop Computer from MSI provides gaming enthusiasts with enhanced performance to handle a wide range of graphically demanding titles. Outfitted with a fan cooled AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 8-Core processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti graphics, this desktop computer delivers rich gaming experiences while accelerating content creation.

With 16GB of DDR5-6000 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD, the Codex Z2 can quickly load and multitask demanding applications. Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) support and a GbE port provide low-latency connections to compatible networks for smooth online gaming and video streaming. The four USB-A 3.2 Gen ports support up to 5 Gb/s data transfers while the USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port works with 20 Gb/s devices. You can reserve the four USB-A 2.0 ports for peripherals such as the included mouse and keyboard. Windows 11 Home is preinstalled.

This was my first purchase from MSI, and I’m so happy with it. Easy to set up, runs great, looks good and it’s so quiet to boot. The fans make very little noise, even after running for hours. I was looking for a mid-range gaming desktop to replace my Victus laptop, and it’s definitely felt like a wonderful upgrade so far.
