Creality K2 Reviews

It Was Great For 2 Weeks

This Thing Was Amazing For 2 Weeks And Then The Hot End Jammed And Backed Up Filling The Entire Casing Including The Extruder And Breaking One Of The Fans. I Would Have Been More Than Happy To Replace The Parts And Stick With It But Then I Tried Contacting Creality Support. I Emailed Them And Never Even Received An Acknowledgement That They Recieved My Message. The Following Day I Chatted Them And After Pulling A Few Teeth Was Able To Get A Ticket # From Them. They Did Recieve My Email And Said Someone Would Reach Out To Me Within 24 Hours. The Follwoing Day I Got A Response, But It Was From My Rating Of Their Support. They Assured Me That My Ticket Was Escalated And That I Would Be Recieving An Email And It Would Be "handled By A Professional Shop Customer Service.". When I Contacted Them Again Via Chat To Explain What That Means They Told Me Someone Would Contact Me Withing 24-48 Hours. They Didn't Even Know What The Problem Was With The Printer In Spite Of Me Emailing Them The Details, Including Photos And Telling Them Again In Chat And Also Uploading The Phots Again In The Chat Session. Their Support Is Atrocious To Say The Least And This Was Within The 1st Two Weeks. I Can't Even Imagine What It Would Be Like Long Term. I'm Done With Creality, Had A Similar Support Experience With My Creality Resin Printer. I'd Avoid The Brand Like A Plague.

Great combo, nice prints!

A few years ago I gave my 3-D printer to my nephews. Recently more and more it seems like I’ve needed a 3-D printer to print various parts for things in the studio. I wanted to go with a brand that has good reviews and a large user base so I chose Creality. This K2 has been amazing. And the setup was pretty easy. The CFS worked perfectly. I am so happy with it I might buy the pro version. As usual B&H is very helpful in every way.
