This works great as a replacement for the one that comes with the f400b. It actually helps make it tighter and more stretched than the one that comes with the f400b.

This bracket is far superior to the original that ships with the F400. The locking mechanism works similar to the larger Godox softboxes used on the 1200Bi, etc., and the arms are more rigid, so they won't bend like the old ones. The only downside is that the baby pin is mounted to the hub on the opposite side of the arms as the original, making it too long for the case when folded. The pin can be removed with a 6mm hex key, so I just keep one with each light. It's an extra step for setup and tear down, but otherwise worth the improvement, in my opinion.
