The description says the anchors can hold up to 200 lbs, how much can the strap itself hold before breaking?
The specs list the load capacity of the strap as 200lbs. That would have to include both the anchors and the strap material because they are both single points of failure.

My last PD Strap the rubber melted all over my shirt and bag. Does this use the rubber grip on the shoulder like the large one?
It does still have the rubber on it but they corrected this issue on the new ones. I have had my new one for 2 years now and haven't had any issues with the rubber rubbing off on my shirt.

Will the Peak Design Slide Lite strap fit on a Fuji Xt3 without me having to remove anything from the camera?
Sure will! Just need a specific place to attach the Anchors to the camera. Doesn't require anything to be removed. Ideally, you'll use the stock split rings that come with the Fuji out of box.

Does the bottom clip attach to a tripod or do I have to take it off and put my tripod plate in?
The Peak Design Capture Camera Clip v3 doesn't have a tripod thread hole on the backside of the backplate, but the Standard Arca-Type Compatible QR Plate is compatible with most tripod heads.
