The Kipper Tie Strata PL-ND Bolt-On PL Mount with Integrated Optical ND mounts on the front of your RED V-RAPTOR camera using the four captive stainless steel 1/4"-20 mounting screws. This attaches the PL mount securely without using the camera's RF mount, providing a secure and solid mounting platform for virtually any PL lens. Four 1/4"-20 threaded accessory threads along the top of the mount and one ARRI anti-twist accessory mount on each side of the Strata mount make it simple to add a variety of optional accessories to your setup.
This mount includes four optical filters—Clear, ND0.6, ND1.2, and ND1.8—and a mechanical apparatus that allows for near-instantaneous switching of the filters. The rugged locking ring features dual asymmetrical tabs for enhanced grip, facilitating easier finger tightening and loosening. Each tab can be repositioned or removed as desired. The Strata comes pre-shimmed, and the included shim set can be used to adjust the collimation as needed.
