No, regarding the Godox iT22 O TTL Mini Flash for Olympus and Panasonic (Black), it will not work with the OM System OM-5 Mark II because that camera uses the new OM TTL radio protocol, while this flash supports the older Olympus/Panasonic TTL system only.
