Sirui C300X II Overview

Compact, High-Power Handheld Light
Compact and lightweight, the C300X II Handheld Bi-Color LED Light from Sirui is a high-output monolight with an array of features, including a Bowens mount, cooling fan, variable CCT and intensity levels, 12 effects, and multiple power options. Adjust the light using the included controller or from your smartphone via the app.
Handgrip and Battery Clamp Mount
The C300X II light includes a handgrip, dual V-mount battery plate, and crab clamp for mounting your batteries on a stand or another support.
Bi-Color Lighting
Offering a variable color temperature range of 2700 to 6500K, the C300X II provides smooth transitions from tungsten to daylight. It delivers bright illumination for both indoor and outdoor use, content creation, vlogging, live streaming, and other photo and video scenarios.
Bright Output with Accurate Colors
  • At a distance of 3.3', the C300X II produces up to 10,200 lux alone.
  • It outputs up to 51,000 lux when combined with its included reflector.
  • Color accuracy is evinced by its high CRI/TLCI scores of 96 and 97, complemented by TM-30 Rf 94 and Rg 102 scores.
Creative Effects
The C300X II offers 12 lighting effects for creative looks. Choose between fire, broken bulb, lightning, flash, CCT recycle, explode, SOS, candle, electro welding, pulse, fireworks, and TV.
Multiple Power Options
  • Power the C300X II via the supplied DC adapter power supply.
  • Use separately available V-mount batteries with the included V-mount battery plate.
  • The H99 Ultra Battery Grip will be coming soon from Sirui.
Low-Noise Heat Dissipation
The C300X II light's automatic temperature control function improves heat dissipation, preventing overheating. The built-in fan runs with noise levels as low as 29 dB, even at 300W.

 

 

Includes Bowens Mount Adapter
This light has a standard Bowens mount, making it compatible with a wide array of light modifiers.
NOTE: Nylon or metal Bowens mount accessories, not plastic, are recommended. Do not use the C300X II with the SMDV softbox.

Do i have to have v mount batteries even if its plugged into ac power or can i just plug it into the wall with no batteries?

The Sirui C300X II Handheld Bi-Color LED Light with V-Mount Plate can also be powered by AC power and used in a studio as well.
