The versatile KASBAH Ātman Shoulder Rig Kit from Bright Tangerine includes a KASBAH Ātman shoulder rig frame, a wide two-axis sliding shoulder pad, a universal BUD plate, and a VCT-14 mounting kit. It is designed as part of the KASBAH Ātman system and provides 15mm LWS rod support, ARRI-style rosettes, and quick release mounting.
The KASBAH Ātman Shoulder Rig Frame from Bright Tangerine provides all the accessories you need to configure your cine camera shoulder rig. The frame features a BUD-compatible dovetail, ARRI-standard rosettes on the sides, and a 15mm LWS dual-rod clamp.
The BUD dovetail design provides a 6.5" sliding range when mounted onto a compatible quick release base such as a BUD-1 or BUD-3 bottom plate. There are measurement markings on the side to ensure your setup can be easily replicated. It is compatible with the optional VCT-14 mounting set, KASBAH handgrips and extension arms, optional shoulder pads, or a rear 15mm mount to create a versatile shoulder rig.
Add a wider pad to your KASBAH Ātman shoulder rig frame with this Wide Two-Axis Pad from Bright Tangerine. This extra-wide pad provides breathable comfort to your KASBAH Ātman shoulder rig, and it allows you to quickly mount and unmount the frame from the pad with a secure safety knob. The two-axis pad allows you to smoothly adjust the rig forward/back and left/right to achieve fine positioning.
Mount your KASBAH Ātman Shoulder Rig onto a standard VCT-14 plate with the VCT Mounting Kit from Bright Tangerine. As part of the KASBAH Ātman system, the adapter mounts onto the front of the separately available KASBAH Ātman frame using captive anti-twist screws. If you are utilizing a shoulder pad with the frame and require more space for adjustment, the rear foot is removable.
The Universal BUD Plate from Bright Tangerine enables your camera to be moved effortlessly between shoulder rig, baseplate, gimbal, and handheld setups. This adaptability is possible thanks to its compatibility with the 88mm BUD standard and a variety of BUD accessories, including the KASBAH Atman shoulder rig, LeftField 3 BUD baseplate, stabilizer adapter mounts, gimbal dovetails, and ARRI’s own BUD products. Designed for universal compatibility, the plate features a flat surface that adds only 0.8" to your setup, minimizing bulk while accommodating any camera. This design maximizes functionality without sacrificing form or convenience.
