Intended for use with accessory housings and casings, the Q1728 4K Block Bullet Camera from Axis Communications uses a 1/1.2" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor to capture 4K resolution video at 60 fps. It features a 5.9-13.3mm varifocal lens that delivers a 108 to 49° horizontal field of view. Two-way audio is possible thanks to an audio input and output. A memory card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by transferring data and power through a single cable.

Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology helps to enhance forensic details in challenging light conditions. Support for the AV1 codec optimizes your video for the internet. This camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, M, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices.

Axis Communications Q1728 Overview

Intended for use with accessory housings and casings, the Q1728 4K Block Bullet Camera from Axis Communications uses a 1/1.2" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor to capture 4K resolution video at 60 fps. It features a 5.9-13.3mm varifocal lens that delivers a 108 to 49° horizontal field of view. Two-way audio is possible thanks to an audio input and output. A memory card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by transferring data and power through a single cable.

Image settings include saturation, contrast, brightness, sharpness, forensic WDR up to 120 dB depending on scene, white balance, day/night threshold, tone mapping, local contrast, EIS, exposure mode, exposure zones, defogging, compression, auto, 0, 90, 180, and 270° rotation, including corridor format, dynamic text and image overlays, polygon privacy mask, mirroring of images, and scene profiles (forensic, vivid, traffic overview).
Analytics include AXIS Object Analytics and AXIS Video Motion Detection, with support for AXIS Audio Spectrum Visualizer and third-party applications.
Security features include brute force delay protection, signed firmware, secure boot, protection of cryptographic keys with an FIPS 140-2 certified TPM 2.0 module, and Axis Edge Vault with Axis device ID.
Remote zoom and focus, pixel counter, and traffic camera installation assistant.
Two-way audio.
Gigabit Ethernet port.
