The Pro3 3D Printer from Raise 3D is designed to meet the demands of both production and rapid prototyping, offering high-precision and stable high-volume operation. The Pro3 3D Printer includes a build volume of 10 x 11.8 x 11.8 for dual extruder prints and 11.8 x 11.8 x 11.8" for single extruder prints, making it ideal for multi-size printing needs. The 3D printer features enhanced usability and a smart assistant system process called EVE, helping streamline the printing process. The Pro3 also integrates seamlessly with a comprehensive software ecosystem, including the ideaMaker slicing program, the open-source ideaMaker Library, and RaiseCloud, a cloud-based 3D printing management platform.

Interchangeable Hot End and Extruder Cover
Featuring an independent modular extruder with a dual extrusion system, this 3D printer is compatible with a wide variety of filaments. The dual extrusion system reduces clogging and enables you to disassemble and replace components easily. The hot end of the Pro3 Series is easily removable, allowing for tool-free replacement and maintenance. Users can also easily take off the front cover of the extruder to accurately locate common printing occurrences, such as filament jams.
Compatible Nozzle Sizes & Materials
The Pro3 is compatible with 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1mm nozzles, and the layer height can vary between 0.05-0.6 mm. To achieve stable print results when using 0.4 mm nozzles, we recommend using a layer height between 0.1-0.3mm. Additionally, the Pro3 Series is compatible with a variety of 3D printing filaments to meet project requirements. These compatible materials include: PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, PETG ESD, TPU 95A, and PVA+.
Lightweight Cable & Digital Temperature Measurement
The Pro3 Series replaces the drag chain cable with a lightweight cable, reducing the weight of the extruder and maintaining the center of gravity during printing for exceptional stability and print quality. The Pro3 Series also uses digital temperature measurement controls for accurate temperature readings and to help prevent jamming.
Auto Bed Leveling
Bed leveling is the process of confirming that the printing platform is as level as possible. The Pro3 has this leveling feature as an automated function. Auto bed leveling maintains the distance between the print nozzles and the bed to create a uniform build area. This improves bed adhesion and enables the nozzles to adjust to the most minor surface contour changes.
Flexible Build Plate
The Pro3 is equipped with a flexible build plate. The flexible build plate can be removed quickly and easily to minimize potential damage to the final print. Additionally, the flexible build plate quickly regains its shape in order to return to printing quickly.
HD Camera Monitoring
The Pro3 Series uses an HD camera to monitor the entire 3D printing process of every print job. This camera operates by connecting to RaiseCloud, allowing users to keep track of every print job remotely and while on the move. This ability to check the 3D printing process gives the user peace of mind, and the Pro3 Series also comes with an upgraded CMOS sensor to ensure better image quality.
Filament Run-Out Sensor
The Pro3 has a filament run-out sensor on its extruders to alert when the filament is about to run out to save the print job. It also has a second-generation power loss function to save the printing status in the event of a power outage and can continue printing from the same point when power is restored. Additionally, another safety feature of the Pro3 Series is that it can automatically detect when a door is opened to immediately pause the print.
7" Touchscreen and EVE Assistant
Equipped with a 7" touchscreen, the Pro3 has a built-in EVE assistant system, preloaded with common printing problems and corresponding solutions. The EVE assistant guides you to accurately locate and resolve issues that can affect the final print job. The EVE assistant provides reminders about regular scheduled interventions to ensure that printer maintenance is performed on time. It also reduces maintenance time and communication costs for an efficient maintenance process.
Easy Maintenance
