The mount's Vixen-style dovetail saddle accepts most optical tube assemblies (with accessories) up to 22 pounds, including small refractors and Maksutov-Cassegrains. Slow-motion control knobs on each axis gently move the mount with limited vibration for clearer views. The SV225 permits a full 360° horizontal travel and -60 to 60° vertical travel.
