I Know Why I Bought A D-500 And A D-850, But Sometimes I Miss A Built In Flash. The Godox It30 Works Fine, But I did Have To Buy A Riser So I Could Use Longer Or Fatter Lenses

I did not buy this to eliminate lens shadow. Figured out it can click back to enable bouncing of Godox i20ttl and i30ttl Pro mini flashes. Detent positions do not hard lock (hard bump can change flash position) but good enough to position flash for occasional bounce flash, nice option if conditions permit. Flash foot lock pin and hole engages well, secure. TTL exposure communication is perfect. My set-up, Vello mini flash bracket with ttl cord which eliminates lens shadow (as can any off camera flash with bracket set-up can free tip). Rarely shoot with flash in camera hotshoe but good to have this adapter when needed. Small size easy to have with all the time.
