Designed primarily for paging and broadcast applications, the Toa Electronics RM-500 AMQ is a desktop remote microphone, featuring a cardioid electret condenser mic. With integrated LCD screen, you can view and execute up to 80 key functions across your integrated audio system.
The RM-500 AMQ features integrated noise-canceling features for enhancing voice intelligibility in noisy environments. The mic also features an automatic gain function that adjusts the volume to an appropriate level regardless of how far you are from the mic capsule. The cardioid pickup pattern further reduces noise by rejecting sounds from the rear and sides. The RM-500 features volume controls for both the mic and an aux input, available via push terminal connection, which can be used for background music and other sounds. By using the aux key, you can control only external audio signals while keeping your mic broadcast going. Audio output is via RJ45, for connecting to a larger broadcast system. The RM-500 AMQ includes two zip ties for cables.
