The Flexible Macro Flash from Bolt offers dual xenon-flash heads and an LED assist light with flexible extension arms that help to illuminate and shoot close-up subjects for improved macro photography. Each flash head offers eight power levels from 1/1 to 1/128, which can be set independently from each other or turned off. The center AF assist light offers nine brightness levels or can be turned off. Each flash's flexible arm provides 14" of depth to provide creative lighting control of a subject and to achieve the ideal focal distance with a macro lens. Swap out the clear diffusers with any from the two sets of color diffusers, allowing you to soften the light or to create contrasting color to further enhance the look and feel of your photos.
Charge the flash's internal battery with any 5V / 2A USB power source and the included USB-C to USB-A cable. An automatic shut-off function powers the VM-220 down after 30 minutes to help save battery power.
